Welcome to Meme Option. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meme Option website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where online trading of the type offered by Meme Option is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Meme Option allows you to predict the price movements of various meme coins within specific timeframes. The following rules apply to all trades:

• All trades are final and cannot be canceled once submitted.
• The outcome of each trade is determined by the price of the relevant meme coin at the end of the selected timeframe.
• Meme Option uses data from reputable cryptocurrency exchanges to determine prices.
• In the event of technical issues or market disruptions, Meme Option reserves the right to cancel trades and refund the original stake.
• Meme Option reserves the right to set maximum stake limits and leverage limits.

You may deposit funds into your Meme Option account using the supported cryptocurrencies. All deposits are subject to confirmation on the relevant blockchain.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request, subject to verification. Meme Option reserves the right to request additional verification information before processing withdrawals.

Meme Option is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or for transaction fees charged by the relevant blockchain.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to manipulate the price of any meme coin or the outcome of any trade.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or use the Service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to the Service's systems or networks.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trading limits or other restrictions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MEME OPTION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MEME OPTION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
